Greetings fellow good vibed people. You may have spotted our little stall @ Myddleton Rd market in Bowes Park N22. We usually sit alongside the Celtic Bakers and the Portuguese wine guys. To mention our locally sourced philosophy; we sell top notch eggs from Forest Row who are on the other side of London just over the border in East Sussex. The birds have on average 40 square meters of space each to roam and graze.
Our bread is baked by the Celtic Bakers, based in Wood Green who proactice traditional fermented baking using organic and heritage grain flours. The produce is generally from Langridge organic wholesalers who in turn support numerous small and medium organic farms across the country.
Geo engineering (weather modification) which is practiced by a staggering 42 countries is very scary. The Glyphosate and alluminium used is a growing threat to the planet yet we can still be confident that the organic soil in the UK is less contaminated than on the other side of the pond. The topic unfortunately deserves its own blog post so please look for that and have a read, regards.
