Following a military service, Tony Riddle discovered the Pilates method through the book called – Pilates’ Return to Life Through Contrology by none other than Joseph Pilates. First published in 1945, the book contains the authorised, edited, and original, Library of Congress version of Joseph H. Pilates’ and William J. Miller’s first complete fitness writings.

Detailing the exercises and poses fundamental to the mat work developed by Joseph and Clara Pilates. Based on the concepts of a balanced mind and body, drawn from an approach espoused by early Greeks, these exercises continue to sustain a worldwide revolution in fitness strategies and techniques. Joseph Pilates has been nothing short of revolutionary in his impact on this field.
Tony Riddle met Nicholas Romanov from the Pose Method running school and transferred this thinking over to Pilates. He developed an understanding of the body from a physical perspective and realised that the methods he was currently teaching were not intertwined with how he was living.
Plant medicine ceremonies helped Tony understand his true goal, what was holding him back and going on to redefine his life course and begin connecting with his true nature. Based in restoring our biological norms, how were have been designed to move, to eat, think and live. Reconnecting by using this approach enables us humans to experience a more complete perspective of moving and living to fulfilment.
The Natural Life stylist, Tony has spent the last two decades of his life dedicated to developing and refining a robust way of living based around natural principles. Now with valuable life experience behind him Tony believes that human beings have innate abilities which the urban environment is suppressing.
