Description

Red Onion/kuri squash is a smaller skinned orange red winter squash with the appearance of a small pumpkin without ridges. Belonging to the Hubbard type with the characteristic tear-drop shape. The flesh provides a delicate chestnut flavour. Other varieties of this subspecies include Hokkaido & Harlequin.
