Our Policies
One Organic – Organic Food Delivery, London, UK – We want every customer to be completely satisfied with their order. If you experience any issues with our products or service, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right. Due to hygiene purpose there is no refund and return policy. We neither provide nor will accept any refunds.
Damaged or Defective Products
- If any items arrive damaged, spoiled, or in unsatisfactory condition, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing refund@oneorganic.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item(s). We’ll offer a full refund, replacement, or credit toward your next order.
Incorrect Items
- In the event you receive an item you didn’t order or your box is missing something, please get in touch within 48 hours. We’ll arrange for a replacement or offer a refund for the missing or incorrect item(s).
Late or Missed Deliveries
- We aim to deliver within the scheduled time slot. If we fail to deliver due to our error, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the circumstances. Refunds are not issued for delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. extreme weather or traffic conditions).
Subscription Cancellations
For recurring weekly or fortnightly box subscriptions:
- You may cancel or pause your subscription anytime through your account.
- To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day.
Change of Mind
- Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds if you simply change your mind after delivery. However, if you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us — we’ll always do our best to help.

Refund Method
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. It may take 3–5 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
